A PAR is a planning document that must be prepared by a licensed architect for housing projects seeking grant and/or loan funding from the State of Montana. Nittany Grantworks prepared a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) planning application for the preparation of a PAR for the Senior Center. Upon receiving the $12,500 planning grant, Nittany Grantworks conducted the following grant administration activities: prepared the request for qualifications (RFQ) for architectural services; developed and posted legal notices advertising the RFQ in The Livingston Enterprise, Bozeman Daily Chronicle, The Billings Gazette, The Montana Standard, and The Great Falls Tribune; facilitated the engagement of services with Mosaic Architecture; organized one public meeting to solicit citizen comment regarding the activities proposed in the PAR; maintained all project files; and, prepared all written reports and drawdown requests.
